Happy August!

So I signed up for this 21-day Meditation Challenge by Oprah and Deepak Chopra. I figured I’m going to need to be able to center my thoughts and relax to prepare for the busy weeks ahead of me.

Today’s centering thought is: Today I’m open to the presence of miracles.” A miracle does not have to be a grandiose event or occurrence. It can be as simple as your barista at Starbucks spelling your name right (big miracle for me!) or your best friend sending you a note saying how much they love you. So all day today, I have been trying to find little miracles as I go about my day.

Here are just a few:
  1. The opportunity to spend some time with my best friend’s doggie. She’s adorable!
  2. Being able to share my fitness goals with my trainer and getting through his workout today!
  3. 10 minutes late to my parking meter and no ticket! Yay!


As I go throughout the next few crazy weeks I’m going to take some time and become aware of the little miracles in my daily life. I feel like it will be a good way to stay centered! Ware some miracles you had today?

  1. My Instagram is devoted to miracles happening in my life! Lately I've been finding money on the ground like crazy, it always reminds me the Universe has got my back!
