Healthy Living - Run/ Walk a Mile

A few weeks ago, many SA bloggers went 5K crazy and every other post seemed to be about a run. The challenge this week is to run one mile. If you can't run one mile, run half a mile, or if you can't run a mile, walk a mile. As Student Affairs professionals it can sometimes be hard to find the tim to exercise when we spend so much of our time working. But healthy living is part of the work/life balance. Join us on this week's challenge and let us know how it went.

Also look into your communities for walks and runs that you might be able to participate in to help motivate you in this challenge. This can also serve as an opportunity to meet people in your local community.
